Chemical Process is the process of soaking green coffee in fresh water mixed with Methylene Chloride and then pressurized by Carbon Dioxide to remove the caffeine from beans into the mixed liquid. After draining the mixed liquid, the decaffeinated coffee will be washed with fresh water several times in order to remove any foreign tastes. After draining the fresh water the decaf coffee will be dehydrated and ready to be shipped for roasting and consumption.
