The seeds of the coffee cherries are stripped of its fruit, and undergoes the washing and drying process. The final and complete, ready for shipping product is called green coffee. The quality, shape and size of coffee beans will determine its destination and use, either for commercial use as in canning or institutional packaging or for gourmet coffee roasters and high end boutique shops.
