Coffee Belt is a term used to identify the geographic location of the green coffee growing regions of the world. Since coffee requires altitude and volcanic soil to grow; then by identifying the relationship between space and matter makes the concept of the Coffee Belt easier to understand. The location of the Coffee Belt is the hills, the small mountains, and other elevated areas around the equator. If you look at the world map you will see that all coffee growing countries are located within 4000 miles radius around the equator. The states of Hawaii, Mexico and southern part of India are on the northern tip of the Equator, and the States of Paraguay, Zimbabwe and southern Brazil are on the southern tip of the Equator.
