Coffee flavor is the distinctive taste of coffee which originates from variations in the botanical structure of the bean depending on the soil, climate, altitude and atmosphere. The final result of coffee flavor is created in the balance of coffee acidity to coffee body through roasting, along with correctly brewed coffee.
