State certified Hawaiian Kona from Kona Star Estate in Kona, Hawaii. The coffee of Hawaii is the only coffee that is grown on the U.S. soil. Hawaiian coffee have multiple source of origins, some Ismaili mocha from Yemen in Arabia, and the others are Typica variety from Guatemala in Central America. Cross breeding of these varieties created unique coffee beans, which established the fame of this island coffee. Kona coffee is famous for mild body, light to medium acidity, slightly floral aroma, and smooth finish.
