High Grown Coffee: The level of altitude can make all the difference in the quality of coffee bean. The high altitude allows the coffee bean to mature slowly, and to develop harder and more flavorful. Arabica beans are grown at high altitudes of 1000 ft to 6000 ft above sea level, usually in areas with rich volcanic soil. Low altitude grown coffee is usually less hard with fewer flavors and has a flat taste.
